Redness on the skin of your body is a phenomenon in which blood
vessels under the skin get red and swells. It may cause itching or inflammation
to your skin, this condition can give you a tingly feeling and make you scratch
your skin by fingernails to comfort yourself but you may further affect it
badly. Redness on skin may come to surface by anxiety or tension, eating spicy
food or if the skin comes across rashes, acne or sunburn. Visiting a
dermatologist or taking medicines are a way of reducing them. But you can cure
them by yourself by following the simple set of tips illustrated below:
Watch Before You Eat!
The most important thing is to modify what you eat. One of the
main causes of redness is that ingestion of food sometimes leads to burning
making your blood to thump faster than usual resulting in soreness or swelling
on your face. Avoid eating refined carbohydrates, processed or preserved foods,
artificially colored products or peppery or highly spiced foods. Try alternating
use of pepper by salt or garlic powder to spice up your food. Revolutionize your
regular meals by including vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts lean white
meat that have special nutrients which help in reducing redness. Avoid intake of
caffeine, alcohol and sugar as they can cause inflammation.

When your body starts to redden up, directly run to take a bath

You should never wipe or rub your face, but rather gently pat
it. Rubbing or wiping puts more pressure to the blood vessels beneath your skin
and reddens it. To avoid it, lessen the pressure by patting your face with a
soft towel gently.
Refrain Direct Exposure to Sun Radiations!
Sun emits radiations such as UVA or UVB which produces adverse
effects on your skin and damage its cells and may cause redness too. To keep
your skin protected wear sunscreen before heading outside, even in non-summer
months, or cloudy evenings. Wear sunglasses, protective clothing and a brimmed
hat to avoid sunlight direct contact. Sunscreen has special ingredient, which is
zinc oxide, which forms a protective layer over your skin and shields your skin
from being damaged.
Hydrate Your Skin!
If you have dry or scaly skin then you must apply moisturizers
onto your skin to keep it nourished and provide with a refreshed look. Use
organic or natural moisturizers during the day. It restores the dead cells and
makes them soft and smooth.

To lighten up redness, spray pure rose water over the reddish
